Chelsea’s ‘Very Strange’ Transfer Decisions Slammed By Wayne Rooney After Garnacho And Gittens Struggles

According to Rooney, Chelsea’s massive squad overhaul has created more confusion than progress, with several expensive signings failing to deliver the expected impact.
