CAF announces dates for Champions League, Confederation Cup finals
The Confederation of African Football, CAF, has announced dates for the finals of the Champions League and Confederation Cup.
The finals will be played on home and away basis in May 2024.
The first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup final will be played on Sunday, May 12, 2024.
The second leg will be played the following weekend, on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
Nigeria’s representative, Rivers United will face holders, USMA of Algeria in the quarter-final.
Stanley Eguma’s side will take on the Algerians in the first leg at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Sunday.
For the CAF Champions League, the first leg of the final is scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 2024.
The second leg will hold on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
