Valencia sign Nigerian forward Motunrayo Ezekiel on one-year deal

Spanish Liga F side Valencia has officially announced the signing of Nigerian forward Motunrayo Ezekiel from Naija Ratels in the Nigeria Women’s Premier League.

The 21-year-old striker, who has previously played for Rivers Angels and Lakeside Queens, penned a one-year contract with the club.

Ezekiel was a key member of Nigeria’s women’s football team that won silver at the 2023 All Africa Games in Accra, Ghana.

Her move adds to the growing list of Nigerian players making waves in the Spanish Women’s League.

Valencia currently sits at the bottom of the league table with six points, and the club hopes Ezekiel’s arrival will bolster their attacking options.
