Arsenal striker, Folarin Balogun, has joined Ligue 1 outfit, AS Monaco after a successful season with Stade de Reims, where he scored 22 goals.
The young striker penned a five-year contract with the French team.
Arsenal will receive €40m (£34.4m) for Balogun’s transfer to Monaco, and they have included a 17.5% sell-on clause in the deal.
Balogun, who has been with Arsenal since the age of 10, did not make any competitive appearances for the Gunners this season after returning from his loan spell at Reims.
Balogun faced tough competition for a starting spot in the Arsenal forward line, with Gabriel Jesus, Eddie Nketiah, Kai Havertz, and Leandro Trossard ahead of him in the pecking order.
