The Lagos State Chapter of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) has celebrated veteran sports journalist and football historian Kunle Solaja for reaching a remarkable milestone in sports journalism—covering every FIFA World Cup tournament from Italia ’90 in 1990 to the 2026 FIFA World Cup jointly hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
