Kylian Mbappe could one day play in the Premier League, according to former Arsenal and France defender Mikael Silvestre, although he believes the Real Madrid superstar’s next career decision will ultimately be driven by one factor above all else — winning the UEFA Champions League.

Silvestre refuses to rule out Premier League switch

Mbappe remains one of football’s biggest names after another prolific campaign for Real Madrid, but collective success has remained elusive despite his extraordinary individual numbers.

“For him it’s all about who’s going to be able to win the trophy that I’m missing. If I was looking at my career, I’m 27 years old, I’ve won everything but the Champions League. I would pick the club who is bringing me the best platform and possibilities to do that.”
