NFSC Boss Praises Cote D’Ivoire Chapter For Cheering Super Eagles To AFCON Ticket
The National Chairman of Nigeria and Africa’s foremost football fans group, Nigeria Football Supporters Club, Ambassador(Rev). Samuel Ikpea, has sent a thank you message to members of its Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire members chapter for cheering the Super Eagles to seal its qualification for next year’s AFCON championship.
“I must commend you for cheering our Super Eagles to ensure they punch the AFCON ticket in yesterday’s 1-1 draw against our neighbours, Benin Republic ” Ikpea remarked.”You were outstanding, as your stopless dancing and singing, actually drown the voices of our counterpart fans from Benin Republic. And it really energised our boys to perform well,” he noted.
Ikpea went on to congraulate the Ibrahim Gusau led board of the Nigeria Football Federation, for all they have so far done for the development of football in Nigeria. He revealed further that Nigeria football stakeholders and the fans, reposes confidence in the NFF, to take Nigeria football to greater heights.
