Stephen Keshi Stadium Wears New Look For Youth Games
The Stephen Keshi International Stadium, Asaba, Delta State beckons on state contingents for the 7th National Youth Games, tagged Asaba 2023.
From the gate to the main bowl and other competition centres for the event, the facility is already wearing a pleasant new look while various workmen are putting the finishing touches to various tasks in heralding the all-important national event.
The Youth Games is scheduled to begin on September 20 with the arrival of state athletes while the Opening Ceremony is on September 23 and Closing Ceremony on September 30.
Sports Marketing International understands that the Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, has given a marching order to the Local Organising Committee to ensure that this edition of the Youth Games is the biggest and best organised to deliver the most memorable sporting experience to athletes, officials and sports fans.
