Ghana To Stage eTrophy 2025 Ahead Of Regional FIFAe Qualifiers
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) will host an intensive eFootball tournament on Saturday, 23rd August 2025, at the GFA Conference Room in Accra. The event will feature 16 elite teams competing in a 2v2 format on eFootball Console, alongside 12 top individual players battling it out on eFootball Mobile.
More than just a competition, the eTrophy 2025 serves as a national talent hunt with the ultimate prize being selected into Ghana’s eFootball National Team, the Black Asteroids.

This selection is crucial as Ghana prepares for the FIFAe World Cup Regional Qualifiers in September 2025, where the Black Asteroids will represent the nation against the continent’s best eFootball teams, with hopes of securing a place in the FIFAe World Cup finals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this December.
The FIFAe World Cup is one of the biggest stages in eFootball, and the strongest team will represent Ghana against the best players on the global arena.
The eTrophy 2025 promises thrilling match-ups, tactical gameplay, and an electric atmosphere as the best console teams and mobile players in Ghana battle for the honour of wearing national colours in the digital arena.
