Kean: “Highly Motivated” To Continue At Fiorentina
Moise Kean has shot down reports of a move to Manchester United or the Saudi Pro League, despite his release clause. ‘I am highly motivated to keep going’ with Fiorentina.
The striker is the subject of inevitable transfer speculation, as his release clause is only set at €52m, which makes him a bargain considering the remarkable campaign he just had.
However, it is the very fact that his career was revitalised at the Stadio Artemio Franchi that might convince him to reject anything but the most enticing proposal.
Kean eager to remain with Fiorentina
“I am highly motivated to keep going here,” Kean told reporters at the team’s pre-season presentation event.
“Fiorentina gave me so much and always helped me out, now it is good for me to return for this new season with new motivation and ready to give my best for Fiorentina.”
New coach Stefano Pioli was also present at the event at their Viola Park training facilities.
While Manchester United are the most dangerous option for Fiorentina to consider in terms of the release clause, Kean does not seem interested in the offers from the Saudi Pro League, with Simone Inzaghi’s Al-Hilal and Al-Qadsiah both rebuffed in recent days.
