Besiktas Moves On After Osayi Samuel Bonus Row
Besiktas are furious after the representatives of Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel demanded for extra bonuses and would rather now shift their attention to other transfer targets.
According to Fotomac, Besiktas had agreed with Osayi-Samuel’s father over a three-year contract that will pay the player about 1.9 Million Euros a year.
However, negotiations hit a brick wall when Osayi-Samuel senior asked for an additional Million Euros in performance-related bonuses.
The player’s flight into Istanbul and routine medical was subsequently cancelled.
It has now been reported that Besiktas are looking at the likes of Kyle-Walker Peters, whose contract has run out at Southampton, and Nelson Semedo of Wolves as options for the Super Eagles star.
