Riise believes Ngumoha should remain at Liverpool rather than head out on loan, insisting the teenager needs time to develop gradually within the first team environment. However, he also warned supporters not to place the burden of replacing Salah on such young shoulders too soon.

According to the Norwegian, Ngumoha is talented enough to earn more minutes next season, but his body and development still require careful management. Riise expects the teenager to feature more regularly while continuing to build his fitness and consistency at elite level.
