Lagos grassroots football powerhouse, Collins Edwin Sports Club, has announced the permanent transfer of one of its bright prospects, Lucky Azubuike Enemosa, to Serbian top-flight side OFK Beograd.
The Lagos-based academy, widely respected for producing young football talents, expressed delight over the move. In a statement, the club said:
“It’s OFK Beograd o’clock for our own Lucky Azubuike Enemosa. Permanent transfer completed. Congratulations to you son. A great career awaits!”
Founded in 1911 as Beogradski Sport Klub (BSK), OFK Beograd is one of the historic names in Serbian football.
The club, which plays its home matches at the Omladinski Stadium in the Karaburma district of Belgrade, has a rich legacy, including five Yugoslav Cup titles, a European Cup Winners’ Cup semi-final appearance in 1962/63, and a UEFA Cup quarter-final run in 1972/73.
Currently competing in the 2025/26 Serbian SuperLiga season, OFK Beograd sits 6th on the table.
The club recently secured a 3-1 victory over Čukarički on August 29, 2025, and will face the same opponent in their next Mozzart Bet SuperLiga fixture.
For Collins Edwin SC, Enemosa’s transfer reinforces its reputation as a breeding ground for Nigerian talents making their mark on the global stage.
