Inter Expected To Make Two Deadline Day Transfers
Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Inter are expected to make two more signings in the coming days: one central midfielder and one centre-back, both coming from foreign leagues.
Inter are expected to complete two signings before the end of the summer transfer window on September 1.
Inter have 80m budget for final two signings
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie A giants have an €80m transfer budget to spend on a central midfielder and a central defender.
Gazzetta claims that both new players will come from foreign leagues.
Inter to sign one midfielder and one defender
This means that the Nerazzurri are unlikely to sign Manu Koné from Roma.
Rennes’ Djaoui Cissé had emerged as an option once talks with the Giallorossi for Koné collapsed, but the latest club-to-club negotiations prompted Inter to look elsewhere, as Rennes will only sell the 21-year-old for a high transfer fee.
As for the defence, Oumar Solet and Loic Badé are reported to top the Nerazzurri’s shopping list.
Inter have signed three players this summer: Petar Sucic, Luis Henrique and Ange-Yoan Bonny.
