Six Clubs Announced For ValueJets 2025 Preseason Tournament
The organisers of one of the topmost pre-season tournament, Value Jet Cup, are pleased to announce that the 2025 Value Jet Cup will kickoff on August 11th, with the finale schedule for August 17th 2025.
This edition holds a special meaning as it is being organised in honour of the Late Chairman of the competition Otunba Tade Azeez, who was also a former Nigeria Football Referee Association President whose legacy will be celebrated throughout this year’s competition.
The tournament director, Oye Bawala, speaking ahead of the competition, said the 2025 edition is not just a pre-season tournament. It’s a movement and celebration of excellence to a man who has given so much to the growth of football in Nigeria.
He then appreciated the title sponsor for their continous support to Nigeria football clubs and their belief in the vision to create a top-level pre-season tournament.
Remo Stars Stadium Ikenne, Ogun State will host this year pre-season tournaments with 6 topflight clubs from August 11th to August 17th, 2025.
The organizers of the 2025 ValueJetCup have confirmed six clubs for this year’s tournament. The four continental clubs and two clubs from the Southwest.
The tournament is loaded and it’s a League format. World-press conference this evening in Ikenne.
