Chukwueze Vows Fight For Super Eagles Spot

Super Eagles and AC Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze has reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the Nigerian national team, emphasizing that representing the country remains a profound honour for him.

“For seven years, I have been fighting for every moment in the national team,” Chukwueze expressed in a recent interview.

“Wearing the green-white-green is always an honour, and I am always motivated to give my best for Nigeria, no matter what.”

Chukwueze’s dedication was evident during the recent Unity Cup tournament in London, where he played a pivotal role in Nigeria’s success.

Notably, he scored a crucial goal in the final against Jamaica, contributing to the team’s eventual victory in a penalty shootout.

Despite his achievements, Chukwueze acknowledges that maintaining form is essential to secure his place in the squad.

“I know that a loss of form or poor performance could affect my place in the team, but I will continue to fight for my spot,” he stated.

Looking ahead, Chukwueze remains focused on contributing to the Super Eagles’ preparations for upcoming competitions, including the World Cup qualifiers and the Africa Cup of Nations.

His commitment and experience are expected to be invaluable assets as the team strives for success on the international stage.

As Nigeria continues to build a cohesive and competitive squad, Chukwueze’s dedication serves as an inspiration to both teammates and fans, embodying the spirit and resilience that define the Super Eagles.
