Italy cult hero Mario Balotelli has thanked Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe after the Frenchman took time out of his busy schedule to have a quick face-time with Balotelli’s son, Lion.
Balotelli shared a screenshot from his son’s conversation with Mbappe, who appeared to call from the Real Madrid dressing room, likely after a recent training session at the Ciudad Real Madrid.
Los Blanocs are coming off the back of a 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid in LaLiga over the weekend.
Madrid will be back in action on Wednesday night, travelling LOSC Lille in the second round of Champions League fixtures.
