Olympic qualifier: Super Falcons begin preparation for South Africa clash
Head coach Randy Waldrum took charge of training on Tuesday as the Super Falcons began preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games qualifier against Banyana Banyana of South Africa.
Fourteen players took part in the training session held at the practice pitch of the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.
Eight players are still being expected in camp.
Asisat Oshoala, Ifeoma Onumonu, Michelle Alozie, Nicole Payne and Esther Okoronkwo are among the players yet to join their teammates in camp.
The Super Falcons will continue their preparations for the game on Wednesday.
The first leg of the encounter will be held at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, on Friday.
