Africa Games 2023: Falconets boss, Danjuma unveils squad
Falconets head coach, Chris Danjuma has named his squad for the 13th Africa Games.
20 players, including captain Oluchi Ohaegbulem, midfielder Adoo Mina and striker Chiamaka Okwuchukwu were named in the squad.
Stalwarts like goalkeeper Faith Omilana, Olushola Shobowale and Chioma Olise also make the cut.
The Falconets are in Group B alongside Morocco, Senegal and Cameroon.
Nigeria won the gold medal in the women’s football event of the 12th African Games that took place in Rabat, Morocco in October 2019.
