Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes has hit out at the Red Devils following their Premier League 3-1 defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.
Scholes said Man United don’t have the players capable of beating City at the moment.
A brace from Phil Foden and a goal from Erling Haaland gave Pep Guardiola’s side the win over Man United.
Marcus Rashford did score a goal for Erik ten Hag’s men at the Etihad Stadium.
Speaking to Premier League Productions, Scholes said: “It’s probably the right result. Man City are a class above at the moment.
“Man United knew that if they went toe-to-toe they would probably get beat, so they came to make it difficult.
“They don’t have the players at the moment that are capable of beating Man City.”
