Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has labelled Conor Gallagher an important player for the Blues.
The England international was said to be on his way out of the club following the arrival of Pochettino last summer.
However, the midfielder has become an important part of the Chelsea squad under the Argentine.
He scored a last-minute goal against Leeds United on Wednesday night to help the Blues progress to the next round of the FA Cup.
The Argentine gaffer also hailed Ukrainian forward, Mykhailo Mudryk, describing him as an amazing talent.
Mudryk also found the back of the net during the 3-2 win over Leeds United.
“Mudryk has an amazing talent. You need to put your talent in the team. For that, you need time,” he told reporters after the game.
“Gallagher? He is an important player. His contribution is fantastic for the team. The effort is there and the quality is there”.
