Man Utd planning to secure deal to sign £650,000 a week star
Manchester United are one of the clubs hunting to hire the services of Kylian Mbappe in the next summer transfer window.
The French international’s current deal with PSG will expire in June 2024 and he could end up leaving on a bosman.
According to Football Insider, Man Utd are in the hunt to hire the services of the Les Bleus superstar.
The news source have mentioned that the likes of Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool are also interested in the 24-year-old, who would command mammoth wages.
Mbappe is one of the best players in world football and already earns a mammoth salary of around £650,000 a week (The Daily Mail).
He would surely ask for a massive signing-on bonus and a huge increase in pay to move to any club for free in the summer.
Football Insider claim that Man Utd are able to afford such an enormous deal to secure the singing of Mbappe.
The 2018 World Cup winner, who won the Golden Boot at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, has regularly scored/created goals over the years and has won every domestic prize in France multiple times.
This season, he has already netted 13 goals in 10 league starts and at the weekend, the 72-capped international netted a hat-trick in the victory against Stade Reims.
In all fairness, to lure a world class player like Kylian Mbappe, Man Utd must ensure they continue to earn Champions League qualification. Without CL football, luring the Frenchman could be impossible.
