Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen and technical director Marco Neppe will be holding talks with Daniel Levy today in an attempt to find a breakthrough in negotiations.
Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in Kane but according to German daily Bild, Kane has given his word to the German champions.
The striker has assured the Bavarians that he will only join them if he leaves Spurs this summer.
Kane is keen on moving to the Allianz Arena and has already agreed personal terms on a contract with the German champions.
Bayern Munich are hopeful that they will be able to find a broad agreement with Levy today for the transfer.
