Monimitchelle Sports Facility Construction Company has secured the patent rights for Biodegradable Infill Technology, which is one of the latest in football pitches construction in the world.
In a statement confirming the approval of the technology, the Managing Director of Nigeria and Africa’s foremost sports facility company, Chief Ebi Ezekiel Egbe, said the new technology is the result of several years of concerted and dedicated efforts to break new grounds and ensure his company remain on top of the game in the industry.
“We are proud to announce that Monimichelle Sports has officially secured a patent for our proprietary biodegradable natural infill designed for artificial turf football pitches.
“This patent affirms years of research, field testing, and uncompromising commitment to innovation tailored for African and global playing conditions.
“With this milestone, Monimichelle Sports, is now the sole legal owner of this biodegradable infill technology. Any individual, company, or entity found manufacturing, marketing, or using our patented biodegradable infill without authorization will face strict legal action by our legal team.
“This marks the end of copy-cat practices in this space. Innovation must be earned, and not stolen.
“Monimichelle Sports remains committed to protecting quality, standards, and intellectual property in the sports infrastructure development industry,” he added conclusively.
