Alex Iwobi Hails ‘Chukwu-Magic’ As Fulham’s New Spark In The Premier League

Samuel Chukwueze Celebrating After Assist For Fulham Against Tottenham

Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi has given football fans a new name to love — “Chukwu-Magic.” And if you watched Fulham’s impressive win over Tottenham Hotspur, you already know why the nickname is perfect.

Samuel Chukwueze was simply unplayable.
Just four minutes into the match, he delivered a precise assist for Kenny Tete to open the scoring. His energy, dribbling, and confidence showed a player ready to remind the Premier League of his quality.

After the game, Iwobi couldn’t hide his admiration for his Nigerian teammate. He spoke about the strong brotherhood within the Fulham squad — a bond he believes is driving their current momentum.

Iwobi said:
“We have a nice brotherhood in the team. Everyone motivates each other, and everyone fights for each other. The chemistry is good right now.”

On Chukwueze, he added:
“He is energetic on and off the pitch. We are happy to have him. You can see the magic he does on the field. He is a great addition. We want to give him the confidence.”

Then came the reveal of his nickname:
“‘Chukwu-Magic’ — that’s what we call him. He just needs to stay consistent.”

Fulham’s victory marked their first away win over Spurs since 2013 — a huge moment that pushed them further up the Premier League table. With Manchester City next on the schedule, fans will be watching closely to see if “Chukwu-Magic” can shine again.
