Milan and Chelsea reach agreement for Nkunku
The Italian transfer expert wrote on X that the two clubs had reached a verbal agreement and are now expected to exchange documents to finalise the transfer formally.
Nkunku already agreed to personal terms with Milan on Wednesday and is set to sign a five-year deal with the Serie A giants.
Gazzetta reported on Thursday morning that Nkunku will take a pay cut at San Siro, earning less than €5m per season.
Milan’s struggles to sign a new striker
Milan have been desperate to sign a new striker this summer despite reaching agreements for Victor Boniface and Conrad Harder.
Boniface returned to Bayer Leverkusen after failing medical tests, while Harder was waiting to travel to Italy, as Sporting CP were in talks to sign a replacement.
However, the Rossoneri refused to stand by and quickly moved to sign Nkunku instead.
