Boniface Crowns Ndidi Super Eagles’ ‘Fashion King’

Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has named Wilfred Ndidi as the best-dressed player in the national team.

Boniface, who was included in Eric Chelle’s 31-man provisional squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Rwanda, made the revelation on The Culture League Podcast.

According to him, while the team admires Ndidi’s unique fashion sense, no one wants to replicate his style.

“If you ask who is the best dressed in the national team, everybody will say Wilfred,” he said.

“But when you ask them, will you put in what Wilfred is putting on? They will say no.

“For me, Wilfred has the best dress sense because the things he wears are really nice, but I wouldn’t wear them myself.

He also praised Alex Iwobi’s fashion sense, while noting that Tolu Arokodare focuses on dressing simply to look good.

“Then also, Alex too is good. He’s into music, so he needs it. Tolu is just like this looks good on me. But in terms of dressing, I give it to Wilfred and Alex.”

The Nigerian international is on the verge of joining AC Milan after agreeing personal terms with the Rossoneri on Friday.

Boniface, who endured limited playing time last season, is set to move to the Italian giants on an initial loan deal, with an option to make it permanent next campaign.

The 24-year-old will be aiming to rediscover his best form under Maximiliano Allegri and help Milan reclaim their place at the top of Italian and European football.
