Aston Villa: Amadou Onana Voted August Player Of The Month

Amadou Onana has been voted Aston Villa’s Player of the Month for August by supporters.

The midfielder earned over half of the vote after making a massive impact in the first month of the season.

Onana headed home four minutes into his debut against West Ham before netting again versus Leicester City.

His goals helped earn wins in both of those matches as Villa made a strong start in the Premier League.

The summer signing slotted in seamlessly in midfield and has already equalled his goal tally from last season.

The top three players in our August poll were:

Amadou Onana 56%

Jhon Durán 18%

Morgan Rogers 13%
