Benzema blames teammates for lack of goals
Al-Ittihad striker, Karim Benzema, has accused his teammates of not supporting him, as he battles through a three-month goal drought.
Benzema has struggled to impress in Saudi Arabia like he did in his final years at Real Madrid.
But the former Ballon d’Or winner has claimed it is the lack of support from his teammates that is limiting his performances.
Benzema has scored just nine goals this season and when asked by Action with Walid why he wasn’t performing as he had at Madrid, the Frenchman replied: “It’s because it’s not the same game, it’s not the same players, I need to be helped.
“I need help on the pitch. I can’t win the game alone. I need a lot of things.”
