Moffi scores milestone 50th goal as Nice lose to Nantes

Super Eagles forward, Terem Moffi scored his 50th goal in the French top-flight as OGC Nice lost 2-1 at home to Nantes on Sunday.

Matthis Abline put Nantes in front in the 19th minute.

Moffi equalised for the the home team from the penalty spot 18 minutes from time.

It was the forward’s 10th goal of the season for Les Aiglons.

The 24 -year-old has now scored four goals since his return from the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

Egypt international, Mostafa Mohamed scored the winning goal for Nantes from another penalty in 78th minute.

Nice remain fifth in the table with 43 points from 27 games.
