Nilayo Sports Management ex-international finishes Half Marathon in Riga

Nilayo Sports Management Ltd’s ex-international staff, Otonye Iworima, at the weekend finished the race at the 3rd World Athletics Global Running Championships Riga 2023, in Latvia, where she competed in the 21km race.

Otonye, a former Nigerian Triple Jump champion was in Riga, Latvia, the world capital of road running, to attend the 3rd World Athletics Global Running Conference, as a representative of Nigeria’s foremost sports management company, Nilayo Sports Management Limited.

In the 21km race, she competed and successfully finished the race which saw over 5000 runners take to the road at Riga running for various laurels and achievements.

One of the highlights of the Global Running Conference was the commendation of the Nilayo Sports Management Limited organised Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, as a worldclass brand, by the president of World Athletics, Sir Sebastian Coe.
