Italian midfielder Cher Ndour made his senior PSG debut on Sunday and was congratulated by superstar Kylian Mbappé.
Ndour had joined PSG from Benfica over the summer and made his senior debut with the La Liga giants on Sunday in a 4-1 win over Lyon. Ndour was introduced in the final four minutes with PSG up 4-1.
The 19-year-old reacted to his senior debut and PSG’s win with an Instagram post that was liked by more than 180,000 people, including his teammate Mbappé.
The French superstar also congratulated the Italian midfielder after the game, hugging him inside the tunnel.
Ndour became European champion with Italy’s U19 squad last summer, beating Portugal in the Final.
Born in Brescia on July 27, 2004, he played in the youth sector of Le Rondinelle before joining Atalanta and then Benfica. During his time in Portugal, he became the youngest player to make his debut in Benfica’s B team beating Joao Felix’s record
Ndour has signed a contract until June 2028 with PSG.
